Got questions?
We’ve got you covered.
Get answers to common questions about colon hydrotherapy, what to expect, and how to prepare for your session.
What is colon hydrotherapy (or a colonic)?
Colon Hydrotherapy is a safe effective method of removing waste from the large intestine. It is a gentle procedure that uses warm, purified water to assist in the elimination of toxins. In simple terms, colon hydrotherapy is simply an infusion of water into the colon to help remove accumulated waste material.
How many sessions will I need?
Most clients start with a series of 3 sessions spaced closely together to fully cleanse the colon and support optimal results. After that, the ideal frequency depends on your goals, digestion, and lifestyle, some people come monthly for maintenance, while others schedule seasonal cleanses.
We’ll help you determine the right plan once we learn more about your needs and how your body responds to your first session.
How long does a treatment take?
The treatment itself typically lasts about 45 minutes, though your full appointment may take around an hour. Everyone responds differently, so timing can vary slightly based on your comfort and how your body is releasing.
Many clients choose to come in two days in a row. The first session helps gently hydrate and loosen material in the colon, and the second session often allows for a more complete release since the colon is already softened and prepared.
Your therapist will guide you through each step and ensure the timing and pace feel right for your body.
What type of colonics do you offer?
We offer closed-system colon hydrotherapy, a gentle and therapist-assisted method that provides controlled water flow and continuous support throughout your session. With this system, your therapist regulates the temperature, pressure, and flow of purified water while monitoring your comfort and progress at every step.
Closed-system colonics allow for deeper hydration, improved release, and a more guided experience for clients who prefer hands-on support.
